A woman is pulled over while riding a stolen moped in Riverside County, California. She admits she borrowed it from a boyfriend and had no plan to return it. A man on probation in West Covina is found to be in possession of a felony amount of suspected stolen merchandise and a burglary tool for deactivating security tags.
